Battle against Loose Skin

Q: My mother is 40 years old and her skin has dark pigmentation and it is becoming loose. I would like you to suggest for her a daily treatment that will make her skin firm. It would be nice if you could advise a treatment that is easy to apply as she is busy with household chores, taking care of my grand-parents and all the other responsibilities a woman living in a joint-family system has to fulfill.
A: I am happy to give her an effective and yet not very complicated treatment for her skin, which would ease her skin problems. Every morning when she wakes up and washes her face she must massage the entire face with a small piece of mashed banana then use the rest of it in her cereal, so it does not get wasted. This mask if left on the skin for several hours a day will benefit her a lot by giving her skin firmness and a healthy tone. Along with this, she can take 2 capsules of evening primrose oil or 1 teaspoon of evening primrose oil which can help balance her hormones and keep her skin supple and smooth.
Protein Efficiency
Q: I read about the use of bone marrow in hair treatments (dry damaged hair) and also to help those who suffer from excessive hair loss problems. I would like to know if I could manage this treatment at home, if yes then what is the right way to go about it and where would I find the above-mentioned ingredient? Is it advisable for me to use this for my husband and my daughter who is 9 years old both of whom have scanty hair.
A: Bone marrow is rich in protein, which is a vital nutrient to keep our skin, hair, nails healthy. I definitely recommend the bone marrow treatment. Any butcher if asked would give you a large bone cut into pieces consisting of some amount of fat which is the marrow. Take one tablespoon of this, wrap it in cling-film and store it in the freezer for at least 10 days to avoid visiting the butcher again. (Either goat or beef marrow can be used).
Take 1 tablespoon of the marrow,1 teaspoon of castor oil, 1 teaspoon of almond oil and warm it in a microwave oven. Add 5 drops of rosemary oil and immediately massage this oil into the scalp before it thickens and you feel uncomfortable applying it. Repeat the treatment for 2 hours daily, thrice a week and also overnight if you want speedy results. Brushing hair before the massage will make the treatment more effective. I also recommend consulting your doctor and if you have a deficiency of iron, zinc or calcium or even vitamin B complex add this to your diet. I am quite certain if you follow this treatment for 2 months you are sure to see excellent results.
